There’s something quietly elegant about a perfectly made crepe. It requires skill, the right batter, and a cook who understands that less is more — until it comes to fillings, where more is absolutely more. At Craveables Cafe, our crepes are made to order, paper-thin, and golden at the edges.
Our Crepe Process
We use a traditional French batter that’s rested overnight for the best texture. Each crepe is cooked on a flat
crepe iron and filled while still warm so the heat can do its work on the fillings — melting the chocolate,
softening the fruit, warming the cheese just enough.
